Rafael Trejo Boxing Gym
In the shadow of Old Havana's crumbling facades, Rafael Trejo Gym has been producing champions since 1960. Boys become fighters here — not just in the ring, but in the way they carry themselves through the streets outside it. The smell of leather and sweat, the rhythm of rope on concrete, the coaches who have seen everything twice — this is one of those places that feels like it exists outside of time.
